FAQs
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations on or before February 6, 2026: You can appoint a substitute senior-level executive, transfer your registration to the 2026 Senior Living 100 or receive a refund less a $250 service fee.
Cancellations after February 6, 2026: You can appoint a substitute senior-level executive in your place. No registration refunds or transfers to another conference will be allowed.

We DO NOT share our attendee list with anyone other than conference attendees or sell our list to any third parties. Any email indicating that our attendee list is available for purchase is a scam that commonly target the events industry. These list pirates are increasingly deceptive in their tactics – even falsely including the Senior Living 100 logo/name/website in their emails. These companies have no affiliation with Senior Living 100 and should be ignored. The scammers change their email addresses frequently making it very challenging to stop them. If an email is not from @lincolnhc.com or @seniorliving100.com then it is not from us.
